Important Notes:
- Students entering Kindergarten must be five years old as of September 30.
- Students entering Preschool must be at least three years old by September 30 and completely “potty-trained”.
- A.M. Preschool class is available from 8:15 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. for two (Tuesdays & Thursdays), three (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays), or five days per week.
- All Day Preschool is available from 8:15 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. for two (Tuesdays & Thursdays), three (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays), or five days per week.
Tuition Payment Options
Full Payment: Tuition is paid in full through FACTS on July 5 or July 20, 2025. The Full Payment processing fee is $10.00. If you would like to utilize your VA529 Plan to pay K-8th Grade tuition, contact the school’s director. FACTS cannot process VA529 payments.
Semester Payments: Tuition is paid in two equal installments: July 2025 and December 2025. Choosing this option will authorize your financial institution to make two automatic payments to FACTS on either the 5th or 20th of these two months. The FACTS semester payment processing fee is $15 annually and will be deducted from your financial institution.
Monthly Payments: This option provides for ten equal tuition payments from July 2025 through April 2026. Choosing this option will authorize your financial institution to make automatic monthly payments to FACTS on either the 5th or 20th of each month. The FACTS monthly payment processing fee is $45 annually and will be deducted from your financial institution.
Tuition Assistance
If you would like to apply for Kindergarten-8th Grade tuition assistance, please apply on-line at www.online.factsmgt.com/aid. Applications are reviewed annually. Tuition assistance is not guaranteed from year to year. Please notify the academy’s director if your family plans to submit a tuition assistance application.
